Hire Cedar Barn
Hall - A great venue for YOUR Party or Meeting!
The Cedar Barn Hall is available for hire and provides
a great location for
parties, social functions and business meetings. The Barn was built 18 years ago
and has a well equipped kitchen together with the beautiful hall and three
cloakrooms - one of which has been specially designed for disabled use.
Cedar Barn is the perfect venue for hosting business meetings, conferences,
presentations, parties, family occasions, workshops, classes and other groups.
As the barn is always very popular, early booking is advised!
Newly installed audio visual equipment is provided for
projecting computer programmes or DVD's onto a large screen at the front of the
hall. The room hire includes the use of the 10 x 5 foot by 2 foot tables & 60
comfortable armed chairs.
There is ample free parking outside, with wheelchair & pram ramp access to the wide
door and entrance lobby.

The ambiance of the Hall with it's large windows and high barn ceiling gives a light and airy feel to this meeting room. The high barn ceiling and and original oak beams give this room a unique look, whilst giving this room a relaxed atmosphere. Ideal for Training & Development events With this setting the room comfortably seats 50 delegates.
The chairs have padded arms and seats to ensure delegates remain comfortable throughout your meeting. A large screen and AV projection equipment and provided for your convenience. The fully equipped kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave oven and plenty or worktop space to prepare you buffets and lunches. Ideal venue for parties, family gatherings and occasions. The spacious hall has ceiling fans, curtains and blinds to change to ambiance to suit your requirements. We have 10 tilt & lock tables and 60 stackable chairs to enable you to create your own layout within the hall.
Ideal setting for classes, group meetings, parties and social events.

Hire Charge
| £18 per hour which includes the use of the fully equipped kitchen for the duration of the hire period. |
| Parishioners of Hazlemere will only pay £15 per hour, including use of the fully equipped kitchen as above. |
