Council Meeting dates for 2011

The Parish Council meets on the 1st Tuesday of each month at the Cedar Barn in Hazlemere.

Members of the public are welcome at all our meetings. Please come along and listen to the issues your Parish Council debate.

Public Time at meetings: Following the Full Council meeting on July 5th 2011 councillors decided to move Public Time closer to the start of our meetings, rather than at the end of council business as was the case previously. We hope this will encourage more people to speak at our meetings and bring issues before the council. Those of you wishing to will have an opportunity to speak during (up to a total maximum of) 30 minutes of public time at the Full Council meetings. Each member of the public who wish to speak has 3 minutes to ask a question or raise an issue. The chairman will respond if applicable or it will be resolved at the next meeting if it is not possible to deal with the issue quickly and simply at the time it is raised.

We look forward to seeing you at one of our meetings soon.
